Meditate: Control Stress

The soothing waters of the ocean wash away the stresses of everyday life. Envisioning the waves over my body as I meditate, anxiety is pulled away with the current. Listen to the rhythmic sound of the waves. Growing up by Cranes Beach in Ipswich, Massachusetts, I was taught this method of dealing with life. Passed down from generation to generation, this coping mechanism helps our children deal with the stresses of the present time calmly with confidence and strength.
